Ingredients: lilii bulbus, Chinese yam, yuzhu, Nelumbinis Semen, euryale ferox, snow fungus, dried longan pulp
Effect: Nourishes lungs, calms heart and mind, improves spleen and stomach conditions
Serving size: 4 to 5 people
Suitable to: 3 years old and above. Great for kids and families.


How to cook: Wash all ingredients. Blanch meat (e.g. ribs, lean meats) for a few seconds. Add 2500ml (500ml to 800ml for more concentrated soup) water into pot, then add all ingredients. Vegetarians can substitute meats with mushrooms. Cook with high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and continue cooking for 2 to 3 hours (3 hours are highly recommended for better fragrance and taste).

*Gas cooker around 3 hours. Induction cooker around 3 hours. Slow cooker around 5 hours. Pressure cooker around 1 hour.

Real ingredients, freshly packed. Keep refrigerated to store for up to 6 months. If the product is not refrigerated, please consume within 1 week.
